Residence Flamani is located in La Cité de l'Union or SITO-Aéroport opposite the terminal building of the Lomé international airport, just a 5 minute walk away. It is a modern three-story building that includes the following:

• On the First Floor: a lobby/reception, offices, restaurant, kitchen, patio, two bedrooms;

• On the Second Floor: an executive suite, a junior suite, and seven tastefully decorated luxury rooms accessible by electronic cards.  Each room is equipped with a mini bar, an electronic safe, a desk, a 32 inch or bigger flat screen television set and decoder allowing access to a minimum of forty international television channels, dual lamps with dimmer and LED spotlight for reading.  The rooms and the junior suite are equipped with modern showers with cabin / sliding panels and water jet massage devices. The executive suite is equipped with a luxury Jacuzzi bathtub;

• On the Third Floor: a terrace - an elegant party area with a bar for banquets and receptions of all kinds that can accommodate up to a eighty persons, a conference room with a capacity of 25 to 50 persons, a business center with high-speed Internet, and a very comfortable air-conditioned lounge bar offering good jazz and blues, salsa, kompa and “world music”. The lounge organizes thematic nights that create a diverse mellow ambiance while guests drink the finest liquors and sip on the house-made cocktails specially prepared for them.

The hotel’s Wi-Fi allows guests with laptops to connect to the high-speed Internet Broadband wherever they are in the hotel. Guests who do not have laptops but who wish to consult their e-mails can use the business center that has computers for that purpose.
