Description

As travelers we've been to many countries and stayed with locals enjoying their hospitality. Now, as host, we have people from all over the world staying with us and, hopefully, enjoying our hospitality too. We find all ways of traveling are very enriching as there isn't a better way of getting to know ourselves than getting to know and understand the others first. It isn't a difficult task. We aren't so different after all.

We have been proudly hosting guest for the last 2 years and have enjoyed every moment of it. Hosting volunteers, tourists, backpackers, and missionaries in the past has been an incredible experience. The diversity has allowed us to learn so much about other cultures and new languages. I feel that it provides a great learning experience on both ends of the spectrum.

Njoro is located abouat 18Km from Nakuru town. The local area of Njoro is crammed with street vendors and shops selling everything from fried chicken to second hand clothing making it a really interesting area to wander round and sample local Njoro culture. We are only a short walk from the public transport station (Matatu station) with direct links to all parts of this great city. That also allows easy access to the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru,Lake Baringo,Lake Bogoria, Naivasha and the Aberdares. All around are street vendors, shops and restaurants offering traditional products and taste. For those who want to venture into Njoro major tourist attractions are easily accessible and a ride away. some of the Njoro tourist attractions and educational tours range from bee keeping, Dairy farming, Egerton university, Lord Egerton Castle, Njoro river, Njoro Cave, Mau Forest among other.

We look forward to meeting you in the near future.
