| Comment: | We just arrived home from a amazing 14 day holiday visiting several wildlife parks of Tanzania and in the end spending relaxing days in Zanzibar. After we made the initial enquiry Peniel got in touch with us and fulfilled all our special wishes. All questions were fully and quickly answered via e-mail, and even when we arrived several hours early in Arusha, he managed to pick us up at the airport together with our driver-guide. We just sent a short message from Daressalam and he organized everything else. We spent 7 days of wonderful safari on our own with John, our perfect driver and tour guide . The roads are sometimes very rough but with John we felt save all the time. The national parks we visited (Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) are really fantastic and John presented to us so many more animals than the big five. All the accomodation at the lodges was wonderful, good food and we particularly enjoyed the Tarangire Roika Tented Lodge. We have no hesitation in recommending the safari operator to other travellers... |

| Comment: | I cannot praise the tour operator enough. After I made the initial enquiry on your site Peniel got in touch with me on a timely basis. Although I did receive answers to my enquiries from the other tour companies they were by far the most efficient and offered the best value for money. All my questions were answered and Peniel told me things I never thought to ask. At our request they added on a few days in Zanzibar after the safari and that to was excellent. Peniel was in Arusha to meet us when we arrived at the hotel and he explained everything we needed to know. He came to see us again when we got back from the safari to make sure everything went well and to explain the Zanzibar portion of the trip. Our guide was also outstanding. During the entire safari his eyes were constantly on the landscaping looking for game for us to view. We saw all of the big five up close. We even saw 4 black rhinos thanks to Anton, and I understand they are hard to see. The safari that they offer is 30% cheaper than other tour companies. I was a little concerned that we may get a cut rate safari but that was not the case. The customer service, accommodation, food and our guide was first rate. All of us have no hesitation in recommending this tour operator. |

| Comment: | The two-week tour was very well conceived in terms of the order in which the different areas were visited, particularly with respect to the different nature reserves, going from the more modest to the most spectacular, in terms of viewing animals. Accomodation and food were very good to excellent. Our driver/guide, Apollo was first rate – knowledgeable, fun, and endlessly patient, as well as possessed with an excellent sense of humour. |

| Comment: | We have just completed the most amazing holiday in Tanzania. The tour operator was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to any travellers to this area. Peniel did an excellent job of booking all we required and spending time greeting us and making sure eveything was OK. Our driver guide for our safari Apollo was exceptional. He knew so much about the area and the animals and we saw everything! They offer you a very individualised trip suited to your needs and without having to join a group of strangers.As a small local company they value their clients and we were made to feel special.All the accomodation at the lodges was wonderful and we particularly enjoyed the small Manyara Octagon Lodge unique and friendly with excellent home cooked food. |

| Comment: | I am pleased to report we were very happy with the tour operator. THEY were very courteous and accommodated our requests throughout the booking process. Once on the ground, we had a sensational time and were delighted with arrangements. Our safari guide was knowledgeable and terrific at spotting wildlife. Their representative in Zanzibar was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would, however recommend Tanzania does something about the state of the road to Lake Victoria - its appalling! |

The tour operator was brilliant, organised, courteous, flexible, they made sure everything passed off without a hitch. Huruma, our safari guide, was awesome, we loved him, he made sure we had a fantastic safari, and did his best to ensure we saw all the big 5 (and the other 3 to make the big 8) and we did!!! We also saw a Cheetah hunt and kill! WOW. We have no hesitation in recommending the safari operator to other travellers..." |

| Comment: | Firstly, our emails were answered very promptly and with the relevant info - great to have good communications with the company you are dealing with. We just loved the accommodation suggestions. Apollo our driver/guide was a mine of information about Tanzania and the animals. He was especially good at presenting us with a dust-free, clean car each morning and a happy smile. Tanzania has a lot to offer and is a very wild and beautiful country (reminded us very much of Australia) which one day, hopefully we can return to for another safari trip. We would not hesitate to use this operator again. We truly did have a great time and the experience was just fantastic - would very much love to repeat it. |

I had done a lot of research on the web and Mwanaid sorted out all of our requirements quickly and efficiently, even booking the hotel and room that I wanted in Stonetown. The Safari lodges were fabulous and I can recommend the Beach Resort in Zanzibar if you want a great beach, room and good food. Its quiet, more of a romantic couples place. Lindsay |

| Comment: | We enjoyed our safari and found it to be everything we had hoped for. The guide, Fabian, was excellent and was willing to find answers to questions that we asked and he was uncertain. The lodges we great and I can't think of a thing that I would not do. We found most of the auxiliary staff to be accommodating and friendly. The animals we saw were amazing as is the country of Tanzania. From the jungle to the plains to the sea there are few words that can describe the adventure, but one word will have to do, marvelous. | Comment: | We were and still are really enthusiastic about our holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar and we want to post our good experiences. First of all, the co-operation with this operator in Arusha and the services offered by them were really very, very good. Everything - and I mean everything - was really perfectly organized and worked out 100% well! - Reception at Nairobi airport, transfer to hotel and to Arusha on the next day - 8 days of wonderful safari on our own with Huruma, our perfect driver, tour guide and who became our friend during these days. The national parks we visited (Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) are really fantastic and Huruma presented to us so many animals and unforgettable impressions of pure Africa! - the lodges chosen by us and/or recommended are very nice with perfect service, nice rooms/tents and good food. - the flight to Zanzibar and the hotel in Stowntown were perfect. The local agent - a partner of this operator - perfectly organized all transfers and hotel check-ins in Zanzibar and we had very relaxing days at the Resort. We would like to express our thanks to the operator and all their partners. Due to their engagement we spent a fantastic 2,5 weeks vacation in a very nice country. The combination of safari in perhaps Africa's most impressive national parks and the impressions of the spice island Zanzibar is a must and can only be recommended. If you make your arrangements with them you are really well off! |

| Comment: | I had a great time with this tour operator. With friendly staff, and were always prompt and reliable. Simon had everything organised when I arrived, and ensured that I was looked after. I did the 14 day Wildlife Safari and Zanzibar Beach Holiday - the parks in Tanzania were wonderful, and the accommodation was excellent. My photos of the wildlife turned out great. My tour guide was always happy to go places that we wanted to go to, over and above the set game drive. Zanzibar was also a highlight. Ali looked after me in Zanzibar, with tours that I wanted to do. I would recommend this operator, as a friendly operator for small groups of people. |

| Comment: | I am delighted to provide you my evaluation of the recent trip we took in Tanzania and Zanzibar. I am totally satisfied with the tour and I would like to state that this is one of our most memorable trip we have taken. The Company delivered everything as stated/promised.There was nothing short-changed. The Company was most trustworthy. The quality of the service was excellent. Thefour-wheel-drive vehicle was reliable. Our driver/guide was a very experienced person who was actually a ranger serving in Serengeti National Park for many years. He spotted animals quickly and explained to us the habits of various animals, etc. He is a knowledgeable guy. Our driver/guide also kept the vehicle clear. You can imaging everyday after a long-day of safari going through winding dirt roads, the vehicle was always dirty and muddy. Our driver washed the vehicle and presented us a clean car every morning. The Company!/s arrangement for us our tour in Zanzibar was also superb. They made sure that our accommodations were all arranged properly. I did some comparison of the expenses incurred for this trip with some possible alternatives, particularly some other tour operators in USA. Actually, there is no comparison. I paid much less and obtain the same or even higher quality service as advertised in many tour operators in USA. I would recommend the Africa Guide and the Company without any reservations to all my friends. |

| Comment: | It is nice to hear from you again and also a good chance to go back to the fantastic holiday I shared with my friends in Tanzania. Our itinerary in Africa was Nairobi-Arusha-Lake Manyara-Lake Natron-Serengeti-Ngorongoro-Tarangire-Zanzibar. We loved every aspect of it from the very beginning: the beautiful and breath-taking landscapes, the animals roaming freely in the parks which we could have watched for hours, the magical starry nights spent in the tented camps, the walks along the white-sand beaches and the spice tour in Zanzibar, Stone Town, the sweet and gentle people we met. We found time also for some trekking and swimming in the river under a waterfall. They provided us with fairly good services: they took us to all the sites we had asked them to and managed to solve some problems on the way (my luggage, which was missing at our arrival at Nairobi airport, had to be transferred and delivered to me some days later at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge!). Due to some damage caused to the Land Cruiser we were driving on by the awful roads' condition, on the third day we had to change car and, much to our disappointment , say good-bye to our appreciated guide Huruma, who was anyway replaced by another driver the morning after. We wish to thank you once again for your assistance since we first contacted you. I hope I shall have the chance to organize another journey through your agency. Best regards. Franca Cainelli |

| Comment: | Our trip with them was a complete success, they were very prompt in replying to my initial inquiry and all follow up requests for clarification, to the point that I made a firm booking at very short notice. We travelled out 10 days after the initial inquiry and all the arrangements were in place. We really took a bit of a leap into the unknown and were pleasantly surprised at the level of service; our driver Guide & cook were both excellent, in terms of competence and personality, nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle (Toyota land cruiser) was well maintained and comfortable. The camping equipment was good (tent did not leak). We were well advised to take good sleeping bags; the night temperature on the Ngorgoro crater was about 4 deg C. The game viewing was all that we hoped for, the Leopard memorable. The Tanzanian are a friendly amiable people, easy to take to & the scenery spectacular I would not hesitate to recommend this company, if they can do it they will. |

| Comment: | The contacts were great and gave lots of help always replying promptly . The trip went well, very well organised and we did see what we wanted to – including the trip to the Gorillas – amazing. Our guide/driver was excellent – a very careful and good driver on sometimes appalling roads, he was also a great game spotter – we got a marvellous experience of tree climbing lions! One of the unexpected highlights was the trips on the boats – to Kazinga channel, to the Murchison falls and to the source of the Nile. Especially in the first two – we had great game viewing from the comparatively cool of the boat with excellent close up views of a wide variety of animals. While Uganda does not have the huge numbers of game we have seen in say Botswana and Kenya – this way of seeing them was great and could be promoted for Uganda. I will certainly recommend this operator to others. |

| Comment: | Starting in Kenya at Masai Mara national park in mid September was perfect. Rhino camp was great , food delicious. We saw all the big 5 on our first day. We moved on to Tanzania on our 3rd day overnighting on Lake Victoria, Serenity on the lake. Wow, beautiful grounds and exceptional lodge and again delicious meals. Next day relaxing on the lake followed by a safari on the Serengeti. Again an abundance of animals migrating south, more large herds of Zebra and Wildebeest. We camped over night at Acacia Camp on the Serengeti, magnificent luxury tent, beautiful lounge and dinning room. We remained on the Serengeti, more incredible vistas and wildlife, overnighting at the Lobo Wildlife Lodge A must visit. Over the next 7 days we visited Lake Natron, the Rift Valley, Manyara Park and Lodge and the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater and Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge. We just marveled at this place. We then visited Tarangire National Park staying at the beautiful Rioka Tented Lodge. We travelled back to Kenya making one last stop at another beautiful Lodge, Amboseli Kibo Safari Lodge. All of our accommodations were excellent, clean, friendly staff, great hosts for visitors to their country. Delicious meals and not to forget we had a picnic lunch packed for us most days. A safari picnic was unexpected, however one of the highlights of our vacation. This safari package for my wife and myself was wonderful. Our accommodations, meals, transportation, cultural visits exceeded our expectations. Thanks to you we saw the great vistas and animal life of Kenya and Tanzania in comfort and safety. I would happily recommend this to anyone planning a visit to Africa. |
