| Comment: | We had a great time in Egypt and were very much surprised and delighted that everything went to plan (as we had booked, against local agent advice, direct on the Internet). We had a great Tour Manager, our own mini bus at our disposal (which we hadn't realized) and our own private driver and guides (there were four persons travelling). It was more than we had imagined and we were really thrilled. Everything was no problem for them. They were all very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Our connections were smooth, communications great and would recommend them to anyone wanting to tour. |

| Comment: | The entire tour went like clock-work from the moment we were met at Cairo airport by our guide, till we were returned to Cairo airport some days later at the end of a very enjoyable holiday. We were extremely pleased by the effort our Tour Guide Operator put into ensuring we had a truly enjoyable stay in Egypt. The highlight, for us, was the Nile cruise. We both highly recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in Egypt. It was just fabulous! John and Patrice Blackwell. |

| Comment: | Upon arrival I was greeted by Fooad, the manager, at the airport. I was driven to my hotel (The Zoser. I thought it was a very nice hotel, maybe a 3 star by European standards. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice buffet that was available all day/ While Fooad explained about Egypt and it's culture. The first day at the hotel I just fell asleep, since I had been traveling extensively. Day 2 I was met in the lobby by the driver I had yesterday from the airport. He took me to the Cairo museum where I met my guide, Maha. She is the best guide I had on my trip! (I had been traveling for 3 months). She was very nice, spoke perfect English, and would answer any questions that I had. Next time I go to Egypt (because I will be using this company again, I was very pleased) I will be contacting Maha and hopefully she can be my guide again. After the Cairo museum we went to a few shops in the city (like a papyrus museum (they have BEAUTIFUL work there), a perfume store and an Egyptian Cotton museum). My favorite store was probably the Topaz Bazzar, lots of really neat things there :) And you're not hassled on the street to buy souvenirs. We of course made the stop at the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Maha took some awesome pictures of me there, I can't thank her enough! Day three I was again met by my driver and we picked up Fooad on the way to the airport. As a single female traveler I felt very safe, even though Cairo was pretty much empty of tourists after the Revolution. I was never left alone except at the hotel. I highly recommend visiting Egypt, no lines lol! Everyone is really friendly and they just want people to come back to visit their beautiful country. I really had no problems there, and this company will make sure that you have the time of your life there. |

| Comment: | We used this operator for Amman, Petra, Cairo, and Luxor. Overall we were pleased with the service,and the flexibility. The driver in Jordan was excellent, and answered all our questions.He took us to a nice restaurant in Petra. The Grand View hotel had a grand view but with no hot water and no bar open, it was not our favourite hotel after walking all day around Petra. On arrival in Cairo, our pickup man suggested we needed to pay more to fill in the day in Cairo. We feel this would have been better to bring up before we left home. Even after paying more to include the citadel in the tour, we still had a few hours to kill after the pyramids before we took the sleeper train. Our guide located a nice café which was appreciated. The guide in Luxor was excellent although we had difficulty getting into our room at the Iberotel at 2pm. Doing the Valley of the Kings and Karnak and Luxor temples after the train ride was too much in the heat for one day. The balloon ride on the second day was a highlight. We had prepaid for lunch and decided to relax in the excellent hotel grounds. The food was good but the service very slow. In the evening we did the Karnak sound and light. Considering we did a lot in 4 days, we believe Ms Lamia did a fine job in coordinating everything. |

| Comment: | They are reliable and punctual in their pick-ups and transfers. The staff was cooperative and willing to alter prog itenerary as per our requirements. The guides were well informed. The Boat cruise they arranged with Presidential Cruise Company was a pleasant expereince. The Cruise chef also catered to our special meal requirements. All in all it was a memorable service experience. |

| Comment: | No problem saying a few words about our trip. It was excellent on the part of the operator. They were very helpful, always there, open to our requests for small changes in the plans, extremely friendly and provided us with very knowledgeable, interesting and fun guides. We had no problems at all, except for a pretty rough train ride from Cairo to Aswan ( a very old 1st class sleeper wagon with no heating, only air conditioning which could not be turned off, and broken lights ). The cruise on the “Monte Carlo” was perfect, transport from Luxor to the Red Sea was by private minivan ( just us 4 ). In fact, we were either on our own for the tours, or with max 4 other tourists, so never in large crowds for visits and explanations. An rep was always there at every point of our trip. We never had to wait for anyone, and were always taken care of. Even in Hurghada, where we had no excursions planned, the rep met us in the hotel at 9:00 PM the first night, organized a safari in the desert for us, called us again to make sure everything was OK, and then took us to the bus station on departure day, bought the tickets and stayed with us until we boarded the bus. Great service, and no tip requested…. That’s it! I’d happily recommend the operator to any one, and have told this the Lamia, the “boss”, by e-mail and phone. |

| Comment: | We have completed an special holiday for 5 great days in Egypt.It was wonderful. 12 November was our 25th wedding annevarsary. I have planned this tour as a surprise for my wife. Services proved by the operaotr was more than satisfactory. They have collected us from airport,in Cairo and they have guided us for 3 days.We have stayed Hotel Zoserwhich was an acceptable 4 star.Wednesday night ,12 november just the date they have organized a cruise dinner.But more than my expactation they have provided roses for my wife and a cake,which we have cut on the stage. Then they took us to Alexanderia Renaissance Hotel for a night.Up to noon time they have arranged a tour for some historical places.Next day they have taken us to Port Said,HotelHennan.Last they they took us back to cairo Airport.on the way back also we have passed through Peace Bridge and come back. It was lovely holiday. |

| Comment: | My mother and I did a 14 day tour and we had a great time! We were met on time at each location and watched over very well througout our stay. As two women traveling alone it was important to feel safe and that we did at all times! The generousity and welcoming nature of the tour managers and guides exceeded our expectations and all accomodations were up to standard with the resort in Hurghada being the highlight. I would definately recommend this to my friends for a wonderful Egyptian experience! |

| Comment: | Having a tour guide to glide us through so many destinations certainly made the traveling experience a lot easier. We witnessed one tour guide on many an occasion trying to talk with a large group. Our experience was very different. One tour guide for two people, this meant we got the full benefit of all our tours. A bit more information from tour guide on local customs, especially tipping would have been helpful, especially expected amount, and who. We ran into difficulties when leaving our cruise boat. We had left a tip in the restaurant, bar, deck and room. As we did not leave any thing at resection, this seemed to cause some bad feeling. No one told us not to tip the different areas – that we should just tip reception. Hope this is useful. |

| Comment: | Through our contact, Lamia, I was able to book a customized tour for my parents and myself that included a few nights in Cairo/Giza, a train ride down to Aswan, a trip to Abu Simble, a 4 day nile cruise up to Luxor (with stops at Kom Ombo and Edfu) sightseeing in Luxor and a train ride back to Cairo/Giza. Along the way we were able to add optional excursions such as a sound and light show at the Pyramids and hot air ballooning in Luxor. We thought everything was very well planned, and we felt very looked out for. The guides were wonderful and sweet people, and knowledgeable Egyptologists, especially Marwa, our guide in Luxor, and Racha, our guide in Cairo was a wonderful and amazing person. No one related to the tour asked us for any type of tips and we felt that the guides and drivers were genuinely concerned about the experience we were having. I would recommend the operator to all my friends and acquaintances for trips to Egypt. |

| Comment: | They were wonderful right from the first enquiry to the very last day of our trip. Lamia who was my main contact was just wonderful, she worked hard in arranging our customised itinerary, even two weeks before we were due to arrive we changed our itinerary and she was able to manage the changes within our time scale. As for their service it was just wonderful, from the time we landed to our departure. We were met by Fouat at the airport who dealt with everything from visa, immigration clearance,etc. In Cairo he made sure our hotel rooms were to our satisfaction and exactly what we had request. The trip just got better as we travelled to Aswan, Abu Simble, Nile Cruise, Luxor and Hurghada. I would not hesitate to recommend them especially to those with a family, we had two young children and so it was important that we were picked up on time, hotels were of our expected standard. At each destination the representative were fantastic. Thorougly enjoyable trip and will go back to Egypt with this operator except next time we will take our extended family and friends. | Comment: | Myself & 2 female friends bookedfor a 2 week trip to Egypt, we flew into Cario, was there for one day then got an overnite train to Aswan, did a 3 day cruise to Luxor, stayed in Luxor for 2 nights then with to Hugrada for 4 nights then it was back to Cairo for 2 more nights. Overall the holiday was excellent, I would highly recommend using this operator to my family & friends. We found all our tour guides excellent and very knowledgeable in the area that they were in, they were also so helpful to us with small things. All hotels we stayed in were very comfortable & nice, the only thing was with 3 in a room some rooms were a bit small. I would have no hesitation recommending Egypt or the operator to anyone. |

| Comment: | I had an a very memorable and enjoyable tour of Egypt and the operator took care of all aspects of my trip very efficiently. All staff and guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and ensured my stay in Egypt was most rewarding. The feedback for improvement that I have is that it would be helpful if other sightseeing options not included in the "standard" tour are mentioned (as possible additions to the tour) and costed to enable the traveller, if he/she chooses to see them, to budget for it. For example there were many places of interest in and around Luxor not covered by the standard tour such as the Valley of the Queens, the temple complex of Medinat Habu etc that I visited at an extra cost that I was only made aware of then. |

| Comment: | I am delighted to give feedback as we had a wonderful time in Egypt which was definitely due to the outstanding care shown to us by the staff . As we had booked this trip privately through the internet we were taken to the many venues of the tour in private vehicles with our own guide and driver and the details and organisation was taken care of by representatives of the operator in all the places that we stayed. We were very impressed by the historical and cultural knowledge and English skills of everyone involved and delighted by their friendly and caring attitude. We couldn't have had a better experience and would like to thank everyone involved. Egypt is an amazing place to visit for its wealth of history and modern, chaotic, lifestyle. To be able to visit ancient pyramids one day and snorkel in the red sea the next is an experience not to be missed. We were so glad to have booked with this operator as the whole experience was so personal but not intrusive. The hotels were all excellent, particularly the winter palace in Luxor, and the price was amazingly reasonable. Thank you so much to Lamia and her staff. We will gladly recommend them to our family and friends. |

My trip and time spent in Cairo was very enjoyable and I owe it all to their company, knowledge and friendship. They showed me things that I had only dreamed of seeing previously and took the time to introduce me to some local culture that went beyond the normal tourist items.
