| Comment: | The trip was excellent with great value for money. The tour operator and guides were friendly and very professional and made sure all the details were taken care of. At every point of the trip from Cairo, to Luxor for Aswan we were met at the transit points and taken great care of. The highlight was the cruise down the Nile from Luxor to Aswan, its a must do trip with lots of food, fun and trips. This operator comes highly recommended they get 10 out of 10 for personalized service and going the extra mile to make sure we had a good time. |

| Comment: | We have recently returned from a tour of Egypt which we found though your website the Africa Guide and booked with the operator via the Internet. The service provided by the company was excellent from start to finish and we were very impressed with the way everything was so well organised even down to the tour representative assisting us through customs on arrival and assistance at check in for our internal flights. Pickup times for tours was always prompt and the services and information provided by the guides we had was excellent. Any nightime tours on offer were at an additional extra cost but well worth doing. The hotels chosen for us were very good and all provided good food and an excellent service and even the venues we were taken to for lunch during the tours were excellent. We needed an extra days hotel stay for our return journey to the UK and the company arranged this for us as well along with transportation to the airport. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would not hesitate in recommending this tour company to anyone who is thinking of holidaying in Egypt. |

From meeting us at the airport with a sign that had our name on it, getting us to our hotel, to expert driving skills in Egypt, great food, very friendly people everywhere we went, to the Nile River Dinner Cruise, it could not have been better. | Comment: | We very much enjoyed our trip to Egypt. "We" are a family of 4 with the kids being 22 and 18 - We were met at the airport and ushered through and taken to our hotel where our itinary was confirmed and we were left to chill out. The following morning we met our guide and was taken to Cairo Musuem, Pyramids and Sphinx, it was all fantastic and the guide great, this format followed through the rest of our trip, on our Nile Cruise, in Luxor and on the Red Sea. All the accommodation was superb. We did get the train from Cario to Aswan, which in hind sight, we could have done without but it was an experience! Our one change would be to look into flights back to the UK from the Red Sea rather than go on the 6 1/2 hour coach journey, to Cairo, but we didn't so we got to see the entrance to the Suez instead. We will recommend the tour we to any and everyone, all involved were the nicest, kindest and very helpful of people. |

The guides and drivers were great; especially Rasha and Aymen. They took very good care of us. Rasha was by far the best guide we had. And Aymen went out of his way to meet us at odd hours to see that we got where we needed safely and on time. The Lake Nasser cruise on the Eugenie was great! For your future clients, it is truly worth the money. Great boat; great crew; great food. Overall, we had a fantastic time! The Egyptian people were fabulous – kind, helpful, and friendly. Finally, Lamia in the office, was truly helpful and had infinite patience with all our questions and pre-trip enquiries. She really made a difference. | Comment: | Our trip to Egypt was truly amazing in every way. The guides we had in Cairo and everywhere else were amazingly knowledgeable. The drivers were very careful as well- given that I was trying to do this trip with a broken foot. The place was so beautiful, and filled with the monuments we have been reading about and seeing pictures of for so long, we were very impressed.Particularly, when we saw the pyramids in giza or the temple at Karnak in the day, and went to see the sound and light show in the evening- it was like a beautiful review- I would recommend both shows too- they are very different but awesome. The days were planned together so we could vary the routine and go see places we were keen to see and spend more time there if we wanted to. I think, we were clear in what we wanted to do, so it was easy, but even then, we got valuable suggestions on additional sights that could be easily combined. They took us shopping as well, to many places for papyrus, perfumes, carpets, alabaster/ marble stuff and other things. At none of the places were we compelled to look around or buy things. We got help with bargaining if we needed it- being the people we are, we did not much help there... If people are not keen to shop they can say so, and the guide will take care not to do any more shops- my husband did, on occasion and we did not have to visit the shops. What I would really like to recommend was the way that the guide and the tour manager were able to suggest extra trips around our schedule, like going to a sound and light show or a evening boat cruise in Cairo, or even an extra day trip to Alexandria. What was also very very sweet of them was to take care of my meal preference always- I had to only say it once to the manager when I arranged the trip and, throughout the trip, whether we were in cairo, on the nile cruise, the desert safari or in any hotel, I never had to repeat my instruction again. That felt like they were taking the trouble to take care for me. Then there was also the way they would take feedback after every day or every outing- and really work on changing something we were not comfortable with. I am sure we would go back to re-enjoy the wonders of egypt, on the traditional route, and also try to see the rest, like the western desert and so on. |

| Comment: | We had a wonderful time in Egypt. It had a kind of rough start with the tourist visas and payment, but once we got that all straightened out we had a blast. We where skeptical about visiting a middle eastern country but were pleasantly surprised that the people accepted us and welcomed us. Our tour guides made it even better by explaining things along the way. We especially enjoyed Sharm el Sheikh. Thank you for a wonderful trip. |

| Comment: | Thank you so much for the most amazing vacation ever!!! This company have some very wonderful people working for them. We spent most of the time of touring with Rasha and Iman. Rasha is wonderful. She is so knowlegable and makes you laugh and just doesn't ask if we have questions,, but asks you questions. She is the perfect tour guide and I hope you never lose her. Iman was such a wonderful help, I felt so badly about Mr. Hassan and hope he is doing better. But Iman is the BEST driver in the world. My husband and I thought driving in Athens was bad, but I don't think either one of us would dare drive in Cairo/Giza. All of the guides were great, and we had a wonderful time and still can't get over all of the wonders of the world we saw. They are much more than the Pyramids. We went on a great tour in Luxor, and Eltabib that arranged, and Dalia the guide were also wonderful. I will always truly be grateful we had this chance to see this amazing country and I will recommend them as the BEST to book any tour of Egypt. The staff and guides were all knowledgeable, kind courteous and provided the highest standard of customer sevice. In all my travels throughout the world during the past 20 years, we have not had better service. We had a fantastic holiday with a balance of busy and interesting visits of cultural and historical importance as well as time to relax on the 5 star cruise and we completed our holiday by chilling out in luxury at the superb Hyatt Regency hotel on the edge of the beautiful Red Sea. This was a truly memorable holiday and we plan to come back to Egypt in the near future. |
