| Comment: | I had an a very memorable and enjoyable tour of Egypt and the operator took care of all aspects of my trip very efficiently. All staff and guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and ensured my stay in Egypt was most rewarding. The feedback for improvement that I have is that it would be helpful if other sightseeing options not included in the "standard" tour are mentioned (as possible additions to the tour) and costed to enable the traveller, if he/she chooses to see them, to budget for it. For example there were many places of interest in and around Luxor not covered by the standard tour such as the Valley of the Queens, the temple complex of Medinat Habu etc that I visited at an extra cost that I was only made aware of then. |

Unlike some tours to other countries we have been to, the final cost of the tour was pretty close to our initial budget. I would recommend this to any of my friends, and have already, and we also plan to visit again by the end of the year. |

| Comment: | I am delighted to give feedback as we had a wonderful time in Egypt which was definitely due to the outstanding care shown to us by the staff . As we had booked this trip privately through the internet we were taken to the many venues of the tour in private vehicles with our own guide and driver and the details and organisation was taken care of by representatives of the operator in all the places that we stayed. We were very impressed by the historical and cultural knowledge and English skills of everyone involved and delighted by their friendly and caring attitude. We couldn't have had a better experience and would like to thank everyone involved. Egypt is an amazing place to visit for its wealth of history and modern, chaotic, lifestyle. To be able to visit ancient pyramids one day and snorkel in the red sea the next is an experience not to be missed. We were so glad to have booked with this operator as the whole experience was so personal but not intrusive. The hotels were all excellent, particularly the winter palace in Luxor, and the price was amazingly reasonable. Thank you so much to Lamia and her staff. We will gladly recommend them to our family and friends. |

| Comment: | Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment. We had a superb holiday in Egypt made all the more interesting by the very knowledgable guides that were provided, particularly Rasha. The hotel in Cairo - "Zoser" was of a good standard and although marked as 5 star would in all honesty be regarded as a good 3+ by European standards. The tour company provided air conditioned transport, were very flexible in meeting our needs as a group (12 in total) and came up with an interesting and varied mix of excursions, the tourist police and armed guard were reassuring in their presence whilst remaining unobtrusive. The only down side was the Cairo city element which due to the huge numbers of residents & crowding into all areas and rubbish in the streets gave a very poor impression to tourists, although maybe we should have expected this more than we did. Trying to cross the road on foot was an experience and the general standard of driving displayed by most of the residents within the city was close to a white knuckle ride of a fun fair, throughout which our driver to his credit maintained a calm approach giving much needed ressurance to the group. However it wasn't all bad, the Pyramids and Sphynx as you would expect still remain a highlight. Cairo museum whilst containing superb artifacts left us all a bit saddened by the conditions in which the exhibits were kept. Although this should change soon with the building of a new purpose built site. The mini cruise down the Nile was well worth it and everyone agreed that it would have been better to extend that part by two days and reduce the stay in Cairo. Luxor and Aswan provided a good contrast and allowed us to see the real Egypt that we had anticipated. |

It's truly an amazing experience to visit the temples, to stand in front of pyramids that are almost 5,000 years old, to set foot inside the burial chambers of these pyramids, to cruise the spectacular Nile River, to swim in the Mediterranean Sea and to experience true Egyptian hospitality. We had a terrific driver (Ayman) and a great tour guide (Rasha), who invited us to her house to enjoy an Egyptian meal with her family. Words can't describe how remarkable our vacation to Egypt really was... |

| Comment: | Our trip to Egypt was fantastic. The tour put together exceeded our expectations. All of the identified items in the tour were provided as detailed, with no exceptions. The staff under the guidance of Lamia, is focused on service. We were always meet exactly as promised and the staff took care of everything as required. Some of the surprises included having our tours in Cairo provided by a single minivan and dedicated guide for our small six person group. The personal attention was great and made the trip that much more special. What most impressed me was their flexibility. They will build any tour to met your needs and budget. They even were very accommodating with a few changes we made for our last day. Again, service was key. What is most surprising, is this is a very affordable company providing a product that is as good as companies charging twice as much. Thanks again. |

We were in a van instead of a large bus load of people for most of our excursions in Cairo, Luxor, and the Red Sea. Our tour guide, Rasha, and our driver, Iman, in Cairo were fantastic! Rasha was very knowledgeable and both were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend traveling with this operator to my friends and will continue to use Africa Guide when I take my next trip, hopefully to Africa next December. |

| Comment: | I contacted this operator and told them which hotel we wanted to stay in and which activities we were interested in. We received their quote and because it was so reasonable, i was hesitant about confirming the reservation. Once we realised that they were IATA registered, we went ahead with the reservation. Ofcourse, we were still not sure what to expect. We arrived in Egypt and were met at the airport and taken to our hotel by Mr Fuaad, who was friendly and helpful. The next morning we were met by the guide Rasha, and driver Iman, who took us sight-seeing. It was like spending a day visiting with friends, as were the next two days. Rasha and Iman were stunning with my two children, aged 6 and 4. Our visit to Egypt was short but this operator contributed to filling those days with memories that will last a while yet. The staff are a special group, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for any tour of Egypt. |
