Apartments: At Kundayo our aim is to make you feel completely at home. With this in mind, we have designed and equipped our apartments with every home comfort you could possibly desire. Whatever your situation, whether on a long or short term stay, Kundayo will offer to you a comfort of your own home, that comes with superior services. All the apartments come with wide range of services and facilities.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom is designed for a calm relaxing atmosphere and features the following: King or Queen sized bed, bedside lighting, spacious fitted wardrobe in selected units, bedding and many more

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all appliances you would imagine, these include but not limited to the followings: microwave, fridge, hob with oven, electric jug for tea and coffee making, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery, linens and so on.

Living Room/& Dining Room: Living rooms have been designed to give you that extra place to feel at home while at the same time allow yourself to encompass a lifestyle of luxury. A color TV, dinning table, comfortable coaches and other accessories will allow your mind and body to relax.

Shower Room/Bathroom: With modern bathroom accessories and towels and linens changed everyday you will experience to have the benefit of the life.

Breakfast: Everyday your fridge will be stuffed with breakfast making groceries such as milk, cornflakes, bread and many other items so that you can make your own breakfast. On the other hand you can choose to have your breakfast in our established restaurant.

Laundry/Dry Cleaning: A convenient and efficient laundry service is available. When staying at Kundayo you do not need to worry about cleaning your clothes, because laundry will be collected, professionally cleaned and later delivered at your door.

Deliveries: Whether it is drinks, milk, newspapers or groceries, you can have it delivered right to your door. There is also a convenient shop on site where you can purchase other items.
Car Park: Feel at home and take advantage of our site car park.

Business Services: All immediate business services are available, such as copying, faxing, printing and internet services.

Transport Arrangements: When you request, we can arrange personal transport for you from the airport or other major arrival points. The advantage of this is that you will be meet and greeted from arrival points and taken directly to the apartment. You can be transferred to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport and other places you may want to go. In addition, when you want to rent a car we can also organize for that as well.

With easy access to the Arusha-Moshi Highway, Kundayo Serviced Apartments Lodge keeps you close to the pulse of the city and nearby attractions. Whist nestled away in a peaceful residential area, Kundayo is only a five minute drive (or thirty minute walk) from the heart of Arusha’s City Centre and central business area, famous for its local attractions, curio shops, coffee shops, vibrant nightlife, restaurants and pubs.

• 46.4 km or 40 minutes drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport. From the airport take the Arusha-Moshi Highway to Arusha passing through Kikatiti, Maji-Ya- Chai, USA-River, Tengeru, Ngulelo until you get to Kimandolu. After reaching Kimandolu, drive about one kilometer and take a right turn onto Kundayo Road. After just after 100 meters you will see our main entrance gate on the right hand side.

• 11.3 km or 15 minutes drive northeast of Arusha Airport, heading towards Moshi on the Arusha-Moshi Highway.

• Located just few meters from main road with easy access to public transport such as taxis, and buses. Just 1.2 km from Arusha- Nairobi Shuttle Bus Station, and 4.4 km from Arusha Central Bus Station.

• Located 2.5 km from East African Community Headquarters and Mount Meru Hospital – Arusha Regional Hospital.

• Located nearby are city’s key landmark; 3.3 km from the famous Clock- Tower Roundabout, 2.2 km northeast of Kijenge Impala Roundabout; 3.7km from the Maasai Art and Carving Market; 4.3 km to Arusha Central Market; 7.3 km to Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre

• 2.7 km from Arusha International Conference Center (AICC) and Arusha Natural History Museum, and 7.8 km from the African Court of Human and Peoples' Rights.

• One Bedroom Apartment or Studio/Double Occupancy/Breakfast Inluded : US$ 60 Per Night/Per Apartment

• Superior One Bedroom Apartment: Lodging Charges Per Week( 7 Days)  US$280/= Lodging Charges Per Month (21- 30 Nights) US$800
• Superior Studio Apartment: Lodging Charges Per Week ( 7 Nights) US$ 245/= Lodging Charges Per Month (21-30 Nights) US$700
• Holiday Apartment: Lodging Charges Per Week  (7 Nights) US$300/= Lodging Charges Per Month (21-30 Nights) US$900
• Standard One Bedroom Apartment: Lodging Charges Per Weeks (7 Nights) US$210/= Lodging Charges Per Month (21-30 Nights) US$450

• All rates are subject to availability & change
• All bookings requires 50 percent deposit and full payment before occupancy
• All taxes are inclusive
• More than two people are not allowed to share one apartment unit, unless third person is below 12 years old
