| Comment: | It is my pleasure to recommend this safari operator. We had the trip of a life time. The people were extremely excellent with communications prior to the trip. They arranged the shuttle service from Nairobi, our hotel stay in Arusha and contacted us the evening we arrived to make us feel comfortable that all was arranged. The safari was conducted by a very able and amicable guide named Apollo. He manner was exemplary and he behaved in a very business like manner at all the key times. He was always accommodating to our wishes and made the trip a life time memory. The lodge arrangement at the parks were great except for one mix up at the Sopa lodge which the operator was very upset about. Also, they were the only safari group we found that was willing to accommodate our plans for number of days and parks visited just as we wanted it. Very much to their advantage that they are not so rigid. We will never forget the people of East Africa and the great safari. Thanks again for directing us to them. | Comment: | Myself and my 2 friends had an absolutely brilliant time. Our guide was extremely informative and answered any questions that we threw at him, he was very attentative to our wishes of where we wanted to go and looked after us really well. The accommodation in Sopa Lodge and Lake Manyara Lodge were superb and all our food was top notch, and all in all it was a treat, a lifelong dream of mine and it lived up to every expectation that I had dreamed of. Definitely will do it again in a few years. |

| Comment: | We enjoyed our safari and found it to be everything we had hoped for. The guide, Fabian, was excellent and was willing to find answers to questions that we asked and he was uncertain. The lodges we great and I can't think of a thing that I would not do. We found most of the auxiliary staff to be accommodating and friendly. The animals we saw were amazing as is the country of Tanzania. From the jungle to the plains to the sea there are few words that can describe the adventure, but one word will have to do, marvelous. It is thanks to our trust in your feedback after all that we convinced ourselves to go ahead with this tour and company so hope other tourists can feel the same when they will come to choosing their own Safaris! The safari arranged was simply great and very well organised from the first email correspondence we had back in November/December. Mejah and the driver Kenny were first class and very valuable contributors to providing all the guidance and assistance we needed throughout the safari experience and it was only a pity we couldn't make use of the boat Safari since the Rufiji was too flooded. I will definitely recommend to use the same company in future. Thank you ever so much for your assistance in making this such a great experience for us |

| Comment: | Our driver was fantastic, very safe and extremely knowledgeable. He was eager to please and to ensure we had the best possible time and we enjoyed the trip immensely! There was plenty of food but perhaps the menu could be reviewed. All in all we had a great time, plenty of animals, would definately use them again. |

| Comment: | The Safari team were great. The guides worked hard to make sure we seen everything that we could in a short time. The parks that were suggested we see and the accommodations were amazing. It was a great game to think about what could be better than this and then that night it would be better. We spent a lot of our time saying “wow”. I would book another vacation through them anytime. |

| Comment: | We were very happy with the safari, and especially with Apollo (our guide) and Alex (our cook). Both men are excellent at their jobs, along with being very personable and helpful. Both went out of their way on numerous occasions to accomodate us, especially my 11 y/o son. They helped us not only see Tanzania, but also to learn about the culture and the language. We had other tourists, with other safari companies, tell us how impressed they were with how much time Apollo spent with us at campsites, compared with their guides. I would highly recommend not only this tour operator to anyone, but especially those two excellent employees. |

| Comment: | Myself and my sister went on a 3 day camping safari to the Masai Mara. It was absolutely wonderful. Our driver was very knowledgable of the animals and the area, and our cook was great. The camping was good fun and very adequate. We got very close to all animals in the mara, and the views were spectacular. Fantastic. |

| Comment: | We were and still are really enthusiastic about our holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar and we want to post our good experiences. First of all, the co-operation with this operator in Arusha and the services offered by them were really very, very good. Everything - and I mean everything - was really perfectly organized and worked out 100% well! - Reception at Nairobi airport, transfer to hotel and to Arusha on the next day - 8 days of wonderful safari on our own with Huruma, our perfect driver, tour guide and who became our friend during these days. The national parks we visited (Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) are really fantastic and Huruma presented to us so many animals and unforgettable impressions of pure Africa! - the lodges chosen by us and/or recommended are very nice with perfect service, nice rooms/tents and good food. - the flight to Zanzibar and the hotel in Stowntown were perfect. The local agent - a partner of this operator - perfectly organized all transfers and hotel check-ins in Zanzibar and we had very relaxing days at the Resort. We would like to express our thanks to the operator and all their partners. Due to their engagement we spent a fantastic 2,5 weeks vacation in a very nice country. The combination of safari in perhaps Africa's most impressive national parks and the impressions of the spice island Zanzibar is a must and can only be recommended. If you make your arrangements with them you are really well off! |

| Comment: | I had a wonderful trip to Africa. Climbing Kilimanjaro was truly amazing. The operator was very informative and prompt with their e-mails. Always ensuring me that their main priority was me. They satisfactorily answered all my questions and passed on valuable advice re the mountain. They were there to pick me up when I arrived in Arusha and organized clean comfortable accommodation. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly at the hotel. Whilst on the mountain my guide was helpful and had had a good knowledge of the route. His team of porters were efficient and friendly. My backpack and tent was always waiting for me when I arrived at camp. Making it to the very top of Mt Kilimanjaro was fantastic, if anyone is considering doing the climb I would recommend this operator. |

Hopefully I'll get an essay of my daughter about trip. They are fond of Tanzania, African nature, company's staff and especially meals. Meanwhile from my part I want to acknowledge: 1. Perfect co-operation with Edgar and in spite of I am usually paranoid I TRUSTED him. 2. I have got very valuable advises about travell arrangement via Nairobi and shuttle bus. 3. Excellent communication discipline. Most of replies I got within a few hours since enquired. Replies were honest and accurate. 4. Very flexible operation with all communicational means: e-mail, fax, telephone, SMS. I do love such companies like this operator and such a managers as Edgar. | Comment: | I had a great time with this tour operator. With friendly staff, and were always prompt and reliable. Simon had everything organised when I arrived, and ensured that I was looked after. I did the 14 day Wildlife Safari and Zanzibar Beach Holiday - the parks in Tanzania were wonderful, and the accommodation was excellent. My photos of the wildlife turned out great. My tour guide was always happy to go places that we wanted to go to, over and above the set game drive. Zanzibar was also a highlight. Ali looked after me in Zanzibar, with tours that I wanted to do. I would recommend this operator, as a friendly operator for small groups of people. |

| Comment: | I am delighted to provide you my evaluation of the recent trip we took in Tanzania and Zanzibar. I am totally satisfied with the tour and I would like to state that this is one of our most memorable trip we have taken. The Company delivered everything as stated/promised.There was nothing short-changed. The Company was most trustworthy. The quality of the service was excellent. Thefour-wheel-drive vehicle was reliable. Our driver/guide was a very experienced person who was actually a ranger serving in Serengeti National Park for many years. He spotted animals quickly and explained to us the habits of various animals, etc. He is a knowledgeable guy. Our driver/guide also kept the vehicle clear. You can imaging everyday after a long-day of safari going through winding dirt roads, the vehicle was always dirty and muddy. Our driver washed the vehicle and presented us a clean car every morning. The Company!/s arrangement for us our tour in Zanzibar was also superb. They made sure that our accommodations were all arranged properly. I did some comparison of the expenses incurred for this trip with some possible alternatives, particularly some other tour operators in USA. Actually, there is no comparison. I paid much less and obtain the same or even higher quality service as advertised in many tour operators in USA. I would recommend the Africa Guide and the Company without any reservations to all my friends. |

The service I received was top notch. I could not have been more pleased. I was in Tanzania on business and decided to add a Safari on to the end of my trip. The tour operator took excellent care of me. Simon did an excellent job of organizing my trip and Amani was the perfect guide. The accommodations and transportation were much more than I expected based on the money I was spending. I would recommend this operator for even the most discriminating traveler. Our 6 day climb of Mount Kilimanjaro was smooth running all the way thanks to the incredible expertise of our guide Alex and 7 porters (whom we are sure could out run a mountain goat.) We were then collected and transferred to Meru View Lodge where we received fantastic hospitality from Helmut & Josephine. And thereafter we enjoyed two amazing days on safari seeing an endless stream of animals. Our guide Heruma seemed to know instinctively where to drive and find all the action. This trip totally exceeded all our expectations and we are still buzzing from what has been an adventure of a lifetime. |

| Comment: | I won't quickly forget the amazing 3 days I spent visiting the Tanzanian game parks. Each park was different and special in its own way. Amani, the guide-driver, had a keen eye for spotting animals and was very knowledgeable about the animals and flora in the parks. Alex, the cook, prepared delicious meals for lunch and supper. They were helpful in arranging a simpler camping trip to accommodate a more limited budget, and went out of their way to help me with other travel arrangements. A wonderful and memorable trip. |

| Comment: | It is nice to hear from you again and also a good chance to go back to the fantastic holiday I shared with my friends in Tanzania. Our itinerary in Africa was Nairobi-Arusha-Lake Manyara-Lake Natron-Serengeti-Ngorongoro-Tarangire-Zanzibar. We loved every aspect of it from the very beginning: the beautiful and breath-taking landscapes, the animals roaming freely in the parks which we could have watched for hours, the magical starry nights spent in the tented camps, the walks along the white-sand beaches and the spice tour in Zanzibar, Stone Town, the sweet and gentle people we met. We found time also for some trekking and swimming in the river under a waterfall. They provided us with fairly good services: they took us to all the sites we had asked them to and managed to solve some problems on the way (my luggage, which was missing at our arrival at Nairobi airport, had to be transferred and delivered to me some days later at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge!). Due to some damage caused to the Land Cruiser we were driving on by the awful roads' condition, on the third day we had to change car and, much to our disappointment , say good-bye to our appreciated guide Huruma, who was anyway replaced by another driver the morning after.
