The Panori Hotel was established in 1990 by a couple from the Seychelles Islands, Godfrey and Therese Labrosse. They had seven children, three boys and four girls. The hotel was named after the three boys PA - Patrick the eldest, NO - Norman the middle and RI - Richard the last born. The couple have since passed away and the hotel is run by the eldest daughter, Julita.
We have a bar and lounge, open air restaurant seating over a hundred people, conference hall, swimming pool, gym, children's play ground, a stand-by generator, laundry service, free parking and 24 hour security.
The a-la-cart restaurant serves international meals from Mexico, England, USA, India, Seychelles, the Orient and Africa. We serve a wide variety of vegetarian meals and light snacks. We specialise in fresh seafood - prawns, lobster, squid, octopus and many varieties of fishes.
We have 2 suites, 3 family rooms, the remaining rooms are triple, double or single rooms.
We are not an ocean front property, but we are not far from the ocean. It's a 15 minute walk to the Yatch club where there is a small private beach.
Arriving by flight or bus, take a taxi from the
main bus station or airport. The taxi drivers
know us.
Arriving by car, go through the first round-about
(two women holding water jugs), and carry on
straight ahead. At the second round-about turn
left and continue up to the next round-about. Go
straight on the other side until get to a
junction where there are billboards. Turn right
and keep going (you are on Ocean Drive)until you
get to a traffic light. Our billboard should be
right in front of you. Turn left, past the Bombo
hospital, the Mkonge hotel, the swimming club,
the bathing club where there is a huge (empty)
billboard in front. There is a Y in the road.
Turn right, keep going until you see our sign
post. Turn left to the next sign post. Turn
right again to the next sign post. Turn right to
the front gate, on the left. Welcome!
